Growing up, I wanted to serve my country and follow in my grandfather's footsteps of serving in the U.S. Army. I earned my commission from The United States Military Academy at West Point, the class of 9/11, and lead a combat engineer platoon into Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom V. When I returned home I got into real estate focusing on helping veterans use their VA loans in the SF Bay Area. I made it my mission to "Bring People Home." In 2019, my family and I answered the "Call to Farms" and made the decision to pursue homestead living out of necessity to grow our own food. My Sophia Eng, is known as the "Homesteading Lender," and in 2022, we transitioned from the Valley to the Mountains, calling Tennessee home and have helped so many do the same. If you've been thinking about Homesteading, please reach out!
I honed my negotiating skills in arguably the most competitive housing market in the nation. I was recognized as a top producing real estate agent in the SF Bay Area for 4 years in a row focusing on helping fellow veterans, first time home buyers, and sellers relocating for their careers. I know how to win for my clients, whether it's getting the best deal for my buyers or selling properties for top dollar. Today, I have built a team and networked with fellow homesteading realtors so that I can help others realize their dreams of farming anywhere.
